My stay at Beograd surpassed all my expectations, from the moment I arrived, greeted by the stunning building and prime location. The staff's attentiveness was exceptional; I requested a late checkout and was graciously accommodated due to the hotel's low occupancy-such a rare and considerate gesture. The cozy room, with its quiet ambience, provided the perfect retreat after a long day exploring. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond, offering to bring tea to my room and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was delightful, served in the beautiful dining room with a wide variety of fresh foods. While the room lacked an extra towel per person as expected for a 4-star hotel, it was a minor detail in comparison to the exceptional service and overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and prime location in the heart of the city.
